Time wasting
Ok... so RSM is presumably at home looking after new baby... and there is no games. Naturally I have jumped at this change of time to read about Shenkerian Analysis, practise my musicianship skills (score reading and harmonisation) and rehearse for all the carol concerts and services that are pending... Of course I would not fritter away 2 vital hours of my day reading reviews of "The Golden Compass" and writing slightly pointless emails.
Never!
The worst review came from the Times, whilst the Guardian just detailed the plot (although I recomend reading paragraph one for the image!)... Looks like a good film (as I *do* know the plot) with impressive graphics and a good cast, However, I am slightly dissapointed about the loss of religion from the plot - whatever you believe, it is always fun to question faith - and in many ways necessary for any religion to accept and answer these questions. Trying to make such a film non-offensive takes a lot from it. Oh well... We shall see
Other than that, I am ill.../ the painkillers are wearing off... I have failed both biology and chemistry this week... and will have an ineresting time in maths next lesson. Exams are all too soon and Cambridge interview comes even closer. But I do have carols, films, parties and cards in the club to look forward to.
And now I shall procrastinate in ever more diverse ways.
Fare ye well
xXx

Potentially a sign of the inactivity of your blog when a double post goes unnoticed for this long ;)
